Below are the 2023-2024 Art Courses that will meet from August 2023 – April 2024
Registration for current Mud Creek families will be open on March 31, 2023 and on April 3, 2023 for new families.
Art Lab Art: (5-7 grade) Thursdays 9:00-10:20
Art Lab Class will have all new projects and lessons for the 2023-2024 School Year.
Come unlock your creativity as we explore a variety of artistic tools and review the elements of art. We will learn about the great artists and their fantastic art styles all while creating our own art! We will also learn a variety of painting techniques while creating canvas paintings. Together, we will walk through the creative process to build your artistic confidence to draw, paint, design and sculpt your very own creations.
Class Deposit: $60 (covers all class art supplies) Required Materials: students must provide or purchase an apron

Studio Art (8th grade and up) Thursdays 10:30-11:50
Studio Art Class will have all new projects and lessons for the 2023-2024 School Year.
| Studio Art is for those who love to draw, paint, and sculpt! In the Studio, we will explore advanced approaches to expand your creativity and artistic skills. You will gain drawing, painting, and sculpting confidence and inspiration as we look at the history of great art. We’ll work from still life, photos, and your imagination. Using a variety of materials including graphite, pen & ink, charcoal, oil pastel, colored pencil, acrylic paint, canvas and a variety of sculpting materials we will work through exciting and engaging art projects. |
