Thursdays 9:00 -10:20
In this class, students will explore and integrate all strands of language arts through reading, written essays, vocabulary development, and oral presentations. Students will evaluate classic and contemporary young adult literature, use advanced pre-college writing styles to express persuasive ideas, expository, and basic research skill formats, and experience principles of speech and presentations. This class is appropriate for 8-9-10 graders. This class will require about 4 hours outside of class each week.
*prerequisite Panoramic English I or approved equivalent with grade of 85 or higher

Class Deposit: $80 (the deposit will cover 2 textbooks) Required reading materials list will be sent in early August.
